Italian Saturdays - Yoga in Italian at Lachine Canal

The practice and mediation are entirely in Italian. Afterwards you'll have a chance to practice your spoken Italian with me and other participants ;) P.S. The yoga space is close to Terass St Ambroise. Sometimes we go have a drink after our practice;)
